Desktop Publishing Computer-Aided Design Programs wintop11.zip - Free Downloads at Simtel.net conversion tool. Its main function is to convert linear/poly-line
features in the raster images to corresponding vector drawing files.
It provides both famous Zhang-Shuen and Stentiford Thinning methods as
part of the preprocess for vectorization. The product is suitable for
conversion of scanned topographic map/engineering drawing images,
saving the output into drawing files, which can then be opened with any
.dxf capable CAD program. {Five other output formats are also
supported.} Vectorization is fast, and a 1-click thinning and
vectorizing option is included. The software comes with complete
documentation.

and Polyline Reduction.
